Mirror entity-actors are CORRECTED as observations, never spoken-as (ADR-2606042330 preserved; :entity-speech unrepresentable). This is NOT anonymous open-edit — it is 信者-gated + member-signed (no-server-key) by construction (N1). ZERO invariant amendments: it STRENGTHENS no-server-key (ADR-2605231525), kotoba-canonical-state (ADR-2605312345), 1 SBT = 1 vote, and the mirror invariant. Per ADR-2606052100.
