Kamado — Closed-Loop Carbon Refining + Fossil-Refinery Decommissioning Observation

竈 — closed-loop carbon refining + fossil-refinery decommissioning/transition + refinery observation. The kotoba-native successor to the legacy oil-refining Cypher/RisingWave actor (which it supersedes; no graph.write). 竈 = the hearth-furnace kami (竈神/荒神); the transformation apparatus is neutral, the carbon origin + fate carry the harm. Empirically (carbon_balance.py): a fossil→combusted pathway is +3.50 tCO2e/t (one-way geological stock→flow = genuinely multi-generational), and full robotic process-control reaches only +3.38 (~3% cut) — robotics makes fossil refining cleaner, never harmless, so net≤0 is reached ONLY by changing the feedstock to closed-loop carbon. That finding is made structural: :fossil-virgin-crude is unrepresentable (the :feedstock/class invariant). Three faces over the kotoba Datom log: (A) observation — refinery/unit/outage + transition-readiness as a resilience + transition map, NEVER a target-list (G4); (B) §2(d) robotics to wind down / remediate / convert existing fossil assets (→ hikari / synthesis / hodoki+kanayama); (C) closed-loop synthetic refining on biogenic / captured-CO2 / recycled carbon only, every design D3-scored.
