More faithful to 非終末論 (an append-only log has no halt; the only real enforcement is append-a-retraction) and to Transparent Force (a prune is a logged/signed/public act over a thing that already exists, vs a covert pre-veto). Structural invariants (ontology + lexicon const/enum + methods/prune.py ValueError): G1 no-prior-restraint (prune ONLY a manifested branch — branchManifested const true; prior restraint is UNREPRESENTABLE), G2 append-only/非終末論 (a prune appends, history survives as-of; delete is absent), G3 growth-unstoppable (no halt-organism action), G4 Transparent Force (Council Lv6+/Lv7+ + 1 SBT=1 vote if contested), G5 no-server-key, G6 reversible (every prune has the inverse regraft — a mistaken cut heals), G7 care-telos 美しく保つ (basis required, nonAdjudicating const true, no verdict value), G8 Murakumo-only.
