No ads / no urgency / no 'price will rise' scarcity (G3); a search is STATELESS w.r.t. the searcher — no person fare-tracking (G5). Beyond the live query handlers (search / compare / self-book-handoff), the R2 maturity layer computes per-O–D-route carrier CONCENTRATION (named-HHI + competition reading {:competitive :concentrated :monopoly}) and flags concentrated/monopoly routes :opening (surface alternatives) — a COMPETITION + FARE map routed to OPENING, NEVER a paid ranking and NEVER a target-list. Observations persist to a content-addressed append-only kotoba Datom commit-DAG (tamper-evident verify-chain, no-server-key) via a deterministic idempotent-by-content heartbeat.
